28 January, 2011：Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science at Chinese Academy of Sciences and ENGINEST signed a cooperation agreement. ENGINEST will provide the institute with academic and industrial licenses of POEM. The two parties will collaborate on national R&D projects.

     This collaboration will allow ENGINEST to enter new fields. It also provides a unique opportunity and a starting step for ENGINEST to set up more cooperations with one of the most renowned Chinese institutes in the field of operations research.
